Good idea that could have been implemented better

The advertisement promoting the sale of off line maps has an annoying habit of covering up the trail after a couple of views. Choosing "no thanks" makes the trail disappear. Doesnt do it with every new trail; occurs after viewing the same trail a couple of times. This behavior makes the app a pain to use for browsing purposes.
