TrailLink: Bike, Run, Walk App Reviews

2/23/17 - app appears to be useful in the amount of information available and the ability to see where you are on any given trail. I have not purchased any maps for downloading since I dont plan on doing the same trails repeatedly.

Seems to be a valuable source for trail use.

Was recently traveling and looking a good trail to run. The app led me to a really good trail close to where I was staying.

This is perfect application for my son and myself to start our biking adventures! Keep up the good work!

Could not find the trail maps I needed. ie Guadalupe Mountains

The advertisement promoting the sale of off line maps has an annoying habit of covering up the trail after a couple of views. Choosing "no thanks" makes the trail disappear. Doesnt do it with every new trail; occurs after viewing the same trail a couple of times. This behavior makes the app a pain to use for browsing purposes.

This app could not find trails in Kauai. Just 1 walking/jogging path.

Thought this was going to be a good app but there are no trails in my area and I know they are there.

Not good apparently only for the US. Even tried to see if it had any data for major cities here in Canada but nope. Sorry for the low rating but would reconsider if it had any data for Canada.

Lets you have a glimpse of the trail then you have to pay for the map if you want to use it! Id rather pay for the app and have unlimited view of trails! What a gyp!

I can find trails for me and my trusty Brompton when Im traveling to new cities. Nicely executed app.

This works great if youre looking for long paved trails, but I cant find even the off-road trails I know of within this apps search. I would like to see state parks with off-road trails come up in this search as well.

In areas where I know there to be SEVERAL trails, this app shows none. Utterly useless.

The information, search and map features are great. The lack of iPad size screen and higher quality graphical interfaces are small issues that keep my from giving this four or five stars.

I found the map cause I knew I had walked several miles before turning around . Map proved it!
